Junior, Senior Master Cross Country Season 2017 Weekday Run Workouts: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 – 7:30pm August 22 – November 23, 2017.
Location: [Glen Abbey Community Centre]
UPDATE: PLEASE BRING YOUR SPIKES TO THIS WORKOUT. You will have an opportunity to do at least one 2KM interval in your spikes.
- Warm Up to: [Abbey Park Track]
- Main Set: [2-3 x 2KM (2min) at 5KM Goal Race Pace. We will start on the grass and move to the road if it gets too dark. ]
- Cool Down
Juniors, Seniors, Masters Cross Country Season 2017 Weekday Run Workouts Notes:
- When at Glen Abbey Community Centre we meet inside near Reception and Community Room C and will return to that point at the end of the session.
- When at Abbey Park Track we will meet at the bleachers and the session will remain on the track. If inclement weather we will meet inside Glen Abbey Community Centre.
- Details of the current weeks workouts will be updated at the beginning of that week.
- Junior Athletes (Ages 13-19) have 1 Athletics Ontario event registration per season included with each Season they have a LVA Membership. Get more MEMBERSHIP Details.
