2015 Cupcake Mile Details

DATE: October 24, 2015

WHERE: BLack Forest Pastry Shop - 184 Lakeshore Road East, Oakville, ON (Downtown Oakville)

TIME: 1:00PM - 4:30PM

DISTANCE: 4 x 400 aka 1 Mile

FOOD: 4 x 1 Cupcake = 4 Cupcakes

IN SUPPORT OF: Lighthouse Program fo Grieving Children

FORMAT: 8 Heats of 15 Runners. New Wave Starts every 30MIN.

RULES: Black Forest Pastry Shop will support each runner with 4 cupcakes and 1 bottle of water each marked with the participants Bib Number.  Each participant will start with eating a cupcake.  The cupcake must be completely finished with an empty mouth checked by officials who will then give the go ahead to start the corresponding 400m run.  Repeat Cupcake, 400m 3 more times for a total of 4 of each which is a mile.   Fastest Time WINS!

PRIZES:  4 Prizes from other Downtown Oakville Businesses.  Names will be drawn at the end from the list of participants and volunteers.
