New Age CategoriesWe made some minor changes to our Memberships for 2017 so that we can more effectively provide the resources and services to our members. The number of age categories is increasing from two (2) to four (4) so that everything LVA provides can be more focused and specialized for each categories needs. Winter is Coming: Sat Workout Moves to 10:00am

 The clocks changed last weekend giving everyone an extra hour Saturday evening.  With the changing of the clocks we will also adjust our Saturday morning workout for the winter.
