- MAIN SET: [1-2 x 4KM Pilgrims Way / Nottinghill Loop or 5KM/6KM Loop if side streets safe. Tempo at marathon goal race pace]

Juniors, Seniors, Masters – Saturday Run Workout 2019 Notes:
- Junior, Senior Master 2018 XC Season Saturday Run Workouts: Saturdays 10:00am December 8, 2018 – March 16, 2019.
- For Workouts at Glen Abbey Community Centre meet inside near Reception and Community Room C. Run will start there and return to that point at the end of the session.
- Details of the current weeks workouts will be updated at the beginning of that week.
- Must have a Full, Multisport or Outdoor Season LVA Membership to participate in group workouts outside of trial period. Complete MEMBERSHIP Details.
- Athletes are responsible for all additional fees incurred when training.
