LVA Weekday Indoor Run Workouts 2019

Location: [Mattamy National Cycling Centre]
NOTE: Bring two pairs of shoes and running clothes for indoors & outdoors. One set for the Warm Up Outdoors and Second set with a Clean Pair of Shoes for the Workout Indoors.
RUN WORKOUT CONTENT
- Arrive Early to get your Annual Running Track Pass ($3if you haven't already.
- Start 15min Easy Warm Up OUTDOORS
- 3-4 Laps of "Stride the Straight - Jog The Bend"
- MAIN SET: [6-8 x 2 laps (60s). Quick Tempo Pace to Hard Tempo Pace but not quite full on interval pace with only 60s rest.]
- Cool Down
Juniors, Seniors, Masters – Weekday Run Workouts 2019 Notes:
- Junior, Senior Master Weekday Run Workouts: 6:00PM Tuesday and Thursdays at Glen Abbey Community Centre throughout most of the year. Starting Jan 8th 2019 to March 5th 2019 7:45PM Tuesdays at the Milton Velodrome Running Track.
- For Workouts at Glen Abbey Community Centre meet inside near Reception and Community Room C. Run will start there and return to that point at the end of the session. At the Milton Velodrome Running Track meet at Section 114 on the running track level.
- Details of the current weeks workouts will be updated at the beginning of that week.
- Must have a Full, Multisport or Outdoor Season LVA Membership to participate in group workouts outside of trial period. Complete MEMBERSHIP Details.
- Athletes are responsible for all additional fees incurred when training.
